My Fav Houston News App

The app is very attractive with excellent multimedia quality. It is a good consolidation of all interesting aspects of news relevant to Houston. I especially appreciate the fast alerts on local traffic situations. I have avoided bad traffic accidents and hold ups because of the alerts. I also learn about situations not near me but relevant to friends and relatives in other parts of the city.

I feel I can depend on KHOU news and weather. I love having the app, so I can get all the top stories and current weather conditions.

Also when you receive notifications - you dont know what its notifying you about-weather, breaking news, etc. it doesnt link u to anything in particular.

Informative give up to the minute breaking news and weather . I think they report on breaking news to quick sometimes without getting detailed facts great station professional news team. More accurate news reporting. I like sports with Bob Allen and weather with Brooks Dunn you took away reporting the news as it happens not everyone uses twitter, Facebook cant submit news as it happens not in your app dont want to overload with nonsense,But would be helpful would also like to here from channel eleven legal analysis.

The app is easy to get around and the layout is great but it wont play videos. The screen just goes black.

I moved to the Houston area over 30 years ago. I began watching KHOU News then. I have found that over the years they have delivered the latest news without political bias consistently .
